I was left speechless after tasting one of the most exquisite delights of my life at this charming place. The courtesy and kindness of the staff made the experience even more memorable. The highlight was their signature dish, 'filoncino della casa,' and I also had the pleasure of trying their homemade strudel, which was one of the best I've ever had in my life.
Pizza was okay. Wasn’t cut for some reason.
Pasta was inedible. Both were precooked and reheated to serve. There was no sauce, immensely dry. Used precooked bacon in the carbonara with some pieces undercooked, not sure why or how they managed that.
Chef was cooking in a tee and cap.
Wow. What a great dining experience in the Dolomites - we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Not only were the staff incredibly friendly, but the food - from the Greek salad to the pasta to the tartufo Bianca for dessert - were top notch. We dined here two nights in a row (which we’ve never done) and we are so happy we did. This is the first Google review we’ve ever left so this should tell you how much we enjoyed it :)
Visited twice. Friendly service, tasty food, large portions and extra compliments for the pizza chef who always tries to make you smile.
The pizza was ok but the pasta was most likely just reheated, was dry and lacked flavour. Considering the food not being that great it was also pretty overpriced. Since this was supposed to be a 4 start hotel it was rather disappointing.
Reply to owner's response: I rather not. Maybe as long as it doesn't involve food.
With that said, I believe my friend wanted to say something along the lines of that he's grateful that if something happened in your restaurant, that there wouldn't be an issue with the EU's GDPR laws regarding purpose limitations of safety cameras. And also that sometimes when you pay a certain amount of money for food, finishing it might not be about taste.

I had a great time in the restaurant with a nice gentle stuff and delicious food. The typical “filoncino della casa” was something unbelievable good that I was not expecting but the typical local food makes the experience really impressive! Definitely I will come back
